You can also access the Live Customer Service, and make the payments from web.

Personal Voice Assistant(PVA) and other calling features

PVA is included in the Z-LineHome^® local home phone service plans. Never miss even a single call using Call Waiting feature. Z-LineHome^® Select provides you unlimited local calling, 50 minutes of free Domestic Long Distance, unlimited member-to-member long distance. Is available for as low as $29.99/month. Voice Mail and PVA are included in the Z-LineHome^® Select home phone service plan. All the web based features that are available with Z-LineHome^® Unlimited are also included in the Z-LineHome^® Select calling plan. Other popular features include Call Waiting, Caller ID, 3-Way Calling, Conference Calling, and Speed Calling.

Z-LineHome^® Basic home phone service plan for California - $19.99/Month

Z-LineHome^® Basic calling plan provides unlimited local calling and comes with PVA, Call Waiting features. Caller ID, 3-Way Calling, Speed Calling, Call Forwarding features are available at $4.95/month per line. You can also add Voice Mail to your Z-LineHome^® Basic plan at $4.95/month. Long distance is available for 4.9¢ per minute state-to-state/7¢ per minute in-state. Inside Wire Maintenance is available at $4.95 per month. The Inside Wire Maintenance is available at $.95/month. Your phone number stays the same.
